CARLYLE ENGINEERING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS / PRIVACY POLICY

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment on Delivery unless prior agreement is made. Goods remain the property of Carlyle Engineering Pty Ltd until paid in full.

DELIVERY

A minimum delivery charge of $20.00 will apply to all deliveries with an invoice value of less than $200.00. Otherwise free to most suburbs with in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Freight and Insurance charges for Country and Interstate despatches are the customer’s responsibility. (Except when we have given a written quotation for goods delivered free in store).

CLAIMS & RETURNS

The seller will not accept return of goods unless such return is authorized by the seller. The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and must within seven days after the date of inspection give written notice to the seller, with particulars of any claim that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the buyer fails to give that notice, then to the extent permitted by statute the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the buyer and the buyer must pay for the goods in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions. Goods will not be accepted if returned after 14 days from delivery. Non standard items are made to order are not returnable. Standard products supplied in accordance with buyer’s order, returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used goods or goods damaged in transit back to the seller will not be accepted.

MINIMUM INVOICE

Minimum Invoice value $100.00

PART NUMBER

Quote Part Numbers when ordering. Variations to any listed equipment will be quoted upon.

PRICING

Due to constant changes in material and labour costs, all equipment and prices are subject to ‘Change without Notice'.

SPECIAL

All non standard items made to order are subject to a 50% deposit and are non returnable.

Carlyle Engineering Pty Ltd acknowledge the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal information and as such is highly committed to complying with the Australian and International privacy laws to protect our customers privacy. Therefore all information submitted to us will remain both Private and Confidential and will NOT be released or sold to any other person(s).

Information collection and use

Your information is collected when of your own free accord, you complete and submit one of our Enquiry Forms or Order Form and is only used to provide you with an answer to your initial enquiry.
